Whilst it may feel difficult now, it can change at any moment. Focus your thoughts on the now as this will give you peace and a sense of control over the moment.ĥ - Be aware that things are often transient. We cannot control the future and many of us fear the unknown. You will see that fear is just an emotion, it is not necessarily reality.Ĥ - Practice mindfulness. Write down the 3 things you fear most and then try and apply some logic to each of the points. Inaction breeds more worry and self doubt.ģ - Attempt to look at your fear from your rational brain. Check in after you have interacted with someone and explore how they have made you feel being in their presence.Ģ - Take action, even if small, to push through your fears. Research shows that chemically our nervous system can either react positively or negatively to someone else's energy. How can we best conquer this emotion?ġ - Be mindful about who you are surrounding yourself with. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it.
